PRIVACY POLICY

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the collection, use, processing, and protection of personal data of users of the online store www.teotu.info, owned by BT Solutions. Business address: The Avenue College Farm, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Registered in Ireland under number 733015. It also sets out the rules for the use of cookies in the Store.

The controller of Users' personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), is www.teotu.info.

Users of the Store are individuals who use the services provided by www.teotu.info through the Store, as specified in the Terms and Conditions for Services Provided Electronically ("Terms and Conditions"). This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Purpose of Processing Users' Personal Data

Teotu.info processes Users' personal data solely for the following purposes:

Pursuing or defending against claims arising from the business activities conducted by www.teotu.info;

  • Conducting competitions, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns organized by www.teotu.info.

3. Personal Data Processed

www.teotu.info collects, uses, and processes the following personal data of Users, provided they are voluntarily provided:

  • first name and last name;

  • home address/delivery address;

  • email address;

  • telephone number.

In addition, when using the Store, www.teotu.info servers automatically record so-called system logs, i.e., anonymous information such as the time of the User's visit, IP address, URL address, type of web browser used, etc.

4. Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

Teotu.info processes users' personal data based on the following provisions:

Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR. a GDPR – the data subject has consented to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;

Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by www.teotu.info;

Granting consent by Users to the processing of their personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of services by www.teotu.info within the Store.

5. Principles of Collection, Use, and Processing of Personal Data

7. Cookie Mechanism​
